For the meal, in summer we serve ‘Chilled Ramen’, and in other seasons it’s ‘Yamagata Soba’.
Our ‘Yamagata Beef Specialty Potato Stew’ includes beef, taro, green onions, burdock, and also seasonal vegetables and mushrooms.
